The Rose Diet is a month-long devotional container held from the February Full Moon to the March Full Moon.
A plant diet is a practice of intentional simplicity, rooted in earth-based traditions. By reducing external stimulation and moving at a quieter pace, participants enter into relationship with a single plant ally. The emphasis is not on fixing or forcing change, but on listening and attunement.
Rose is traditionally known as a heart-centered teacher. Her medicine is subtle, supportive, and clarifying — often associated with tenderness, discernment, and a deepening connection to self.
This offering includes an in-person ceremonial opening, a month-long guided container, and an in-person ceremonial closing, held within a small group.
Participants receive daily written reflections to support the practice, along with weekly 1:1 phone calls for continuity and integration.
All supplies needed for the diet are included and provided with care.
