Public speaking can feel intimidating, especially without a safe place to practice.

This Public Speaking Practice Session offers a supportive, low-pressure space to build confidence, get comfortable sharing ideas, and practice being heard. Participate at your own pace. All experience levels welcome.

Meet the facilitator
I’m Dasha, a marketing strategist and owner of Helping You Find Time. Public speaking used to make me nervous, and through practice, I learned confidence comes from showing up, not being perfect. My goal is to create a space that feels practical, approachable, and real.
