We are back at the Goffstown Library for a second Death by Chocolate event! Bring along your favorite choc-o-holic friend, indulge in yummy fondue and share your thoughts, questions and experiences on end-of-life topics, death care and ways to embrace all facets of life. Even its end. The Sage Heart is your host, and we offer a safe, judgement free space with no agenda for open conversation about death and dying. We have decades of experience at the bedside caring for people and their families on their journey at end of life. We hope, by having meaningful conversations throughout our lives we can all find peace in the path of life's end.
