Sound Bathing and Sangria

Join me for a relaxing evening of sound bathing in the cozy Dainty Den in Godley! Doors open at 6:45 so you can enjoy a cup of cacao tea or a glass of sangria and visit with friends. Then settle down on a provided yoga mat and get ready to relax and enjoy the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes and drums.
Bolsters are available on first come first serve basis. Bring a pillow and a blanket to feel even more cozy and relaxed.
