MIND MOJO for Better Mental Health

Mindfulness and CBT are the perfect combination because “cognition” is just ‘thought & perception’, while “mindfulness” is just ‘being aware’ that our thoughts tend to ruminate in the past and project to the future.

Each MIND MOJO session will...

● educate participants in an introductory-level knowledge and practice of the tools & techniques from the main concepts of CBT & Mindfulness.

● engage people in early-intervention mental wellness support.

● support participants who experience mild-to-moderate anxiety and/or depression to learn effective skills to manage their symptoms.

● provide interactive role-play techniques to practice effective communication skills.
