We’re turning 9 and we’re celebrating with our entire community!

This is a FREE event open to the public — bring your friends, your kids, your partner, your neighbour… everyone is welcome!
👉 You do NOT have to participate in classes to attend.
You’re absolutely welcome to just come check out what we’re all about, meet the owners and coaches, watch the action, enjoy some snacks, and hang out with our community.
🥋 FREE CLASSES ALL DAY
11:15 - 11:45am – Kids BJJ Class (Ages 4–12)
12:00-12:30pm – Kids + Parent BJJ Class (Ages 4+ – all kids must have a parent with them)
12:45-1:15pm – Teen & Adult BJJ Class (Ages 13+)
1:30-2:00pm – Teen / Adult Boxing Class (Ages 13+)
Guardian must be present to sign waiver for all minor's participating in classes.
No experience needed.
No uniform needed.
No equipment needed.
Just show up ready to move and have fun.
We’ll also have:
FREE refreshments and snacks
Door prizes
Live rolling demonstrations
Meet our coaches and team
If you’ve ever been curious about Jiu Jitsu or Boxing or just want to check out what we are all about, this is the perfect opportunity to try it in a fun, welcoming environment.
