Join our senior instructor Brittney Emley for an inspiring workshop designed to amplify your hot yoga practice. With years of experience training and teaching the 86 Advanced Asanas, honed through her annual yoga competitions. Brittney is excited to share her knowledge and techniques in this monthly Yoga Masterclass.
Each session begins with a traditional warm-up, followed by a focused exploration of key postures. You’ll have time to learn, practice, and refine each pose while receiving personalised guidance and feedback.
Expect a fun, supportive, and uplifting atmosphere as Brittney encourages you to experiment, embrace challenges, and find strength and confidence in your practice.
