This Crystal Workshop will introduce you to the basic concepts of working with crystal energy through direct experience and guided meditation. The day will have a focus on Rose Quartz, a crystal that can help us connect to the heart space and holds a very nurturing quality. Together we will explore energy consciousness and you will be given a technique to use for self healing.
Suitable for beginners and those who already enjoy working with crystals and would like to deepen their awareness.
