With no talking among attendees at any time, this is your chance to disconnect from the busyness of modern life and journey into calm. There will be spoken guidance during some meditation sessions; with ample quiet time to allow for deep peace and calm. This is a meditation opportunity not to be missed! The retreat will take place at the historic Franciscan Centre, located on the grounds of Ladywell Convent in Guildford, Surrey. The venue has recently been modernized providing the ideal setting for rest, stillness, & reflection. Choose a residential stay or a one or two day visit

Tuesday, September 1st (starts 7pm) - Thursday, 3rd (finishes 4pm)
Three days (all meals and two nights accommodation): £320 - £345
Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-4pm (including lunch): £175 - £185
Wednesday & Thursday only (including a cooked lunch): £85 - £90
