Goa International Arbitration & Mediation Council

The GOA - GIAMC Conclave 2025 is a one-day forum on Resolving Disputes in a Changing World: Navigating Conflict, Building Peace, bringing together leading arbitrators, mediators, in-house counsel, policymakers and academics to examine the next generation of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The conclave will take place at Novotel Goa Panjim on 22 November 2025 and is organised by Ganpat & Manju Foundation in association with the Goa International Arbitration & Mediation Council (GIAMC).

Through keynote addresses, focused panel discussions and industry immersion sessions, the programme explores practical and emerging ADR themes including arbitration and mediation best practices, hybrid Arb-Med-Arb models, clause drafting, award enforcement, green arbitration, and the role of technology and AI in dispute resolution. Attendees will also gain access to institution-level services such as tech-enabled hearings, certification programmes and advisory support for establishing in-house ADR frameworks.

This conclave is designed for dispute-resolution practitioners, corporate legal teams, government and regulatory representatives, academics and ADR service providers seeking actionable insights, peer networking and institutional collaboration to strengthen ADR capacity locally and across jurisdictions.
