Το Holistic AYM, μια προέκταση του Κέντρου Ολιστικής Ιατρικής, σας προσκαλεί στις 1 και 2 Νοεμβρίου, στο διήμερο σεμινάριο, “The importance of physical and mental energies in health – Ayurveda, Yoga, Modern Science”, με ομιλητές τον Vaidya Asvin Barot - B.S.A.M. (India) και τον ιατρό Νικόλαο Γ. Κωστόπουλο - M.D. Athens – M.F.Hom UK.
Το σεμινάριο θα διεξαχθεί στα Αγγλικά.

07:30 - 10:00 Πρακτική Γιόγκα
14:30 - 18:30 Ομιλία
Για τη συμμετοχή σας στην πρακτική του Γιόγκα, χρειάζεται να είστε υγιείς. Εάν έχετε αμφιβολία, παρακαλούμε, συμβουλευτείτε τον ιατρό σας.
Ο χώρος όπου θα διεξαχθεί το σεμινάριο είναι το Aegeon Beach Hotel, στο Σούνιο (www.aegeon-hotel.com). Εάν επιθυμείτε να διανυκτερεύσετε εκεί, επικοινωνήστε κατευθείαν με το ξενοδοχείο και αναφέρετε το Κέντρο Ολιστικής Ιατρικής, κατά την επικοινωνία σας μαζί τους.
Η συμμετοχή στο σεμινάριο είναι δωρεάν, όμως οι θέσεις είναι περιορισμένες και η έγκαιρη δήλωση συμμετοχής είναι απαραίτητη.

We are happy to invite you to a two-day seminar organized by Holistic AYM on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November.
The subject of the seminar will be ‘The importance of physical and mental energies in health – Ayurveda, Yoga, Modern Science’ and it will be presented by Vaidya Asvin Barot - B.S.A.M. (India) and Dr Nikolaos Kostopoulos - M.D. Athens – M.F.Hom UK.
The seminar will be conducted in English.
Seminar Program:
07.30 - 10.00 Yoga session
14.30 - 18.30 Lecture
We work on the assumption that participants are in good health. If this is not the case, we ask you to have permission from your doctor in order to take part in the yoga sessions.
The venue for the seminar will be the Aegeon Beach Hotel in Sounio (www.aegeon-hotel.com). Should you wish to stay at the hotel, please contact them directly. Please ensure that you let them know that you are coming to the seminar organized by the Holistic Health Centre.
Participation is free of charge. However, places are limited and your prompt registration is essential.
Registrations will be accepted up to and including, Sunday 19th October.
If you register and find that you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
