The subject of the seminar will be ‘The importance of physical and mental energies in health – Ayurveda, Yoga, Modern Science’ and it will be presented by Vaidya Asvin Barot - B.S.A.M. (India) and Dr Nikolaos Kostopoulos - M.D. Athens – M.F.Hom UK. The seminar will be conducted in English. Seminar Program: 07.30 - 10.00 Yoga session 14.30 - 18.30 Lecture We work on the assumption that participants are in good health. If this is not the case, we ask you to have permission from your doctor in order to take part in the yoga sessions.
