We welcome you on Sunday the 22nd of February for a cocooning immersive experience of warmth and connection beginning on a beautiful wooden dance floor next to Varkiza beach and concluding within the 36ºC water jacuzzi right next to it, as we’re embraced by February’s New Moon aura ushering us into a new beginning of heartfelt connection with self and other .??

Maintaining the essence of the Land & Water Embrace Workshops, we will continue to explore how to approach a state of one-ness between us and with our environment, co-creating with nature and her elements the how-to - this time substituting the sandy beach with polished oak-wood floor, and the seawater with 36ºC warm jacuzzi water.♨️

Our journey will involve a circle of embodied sharing for the opening, relaxing into the ground and attuning to our breaths, listening to what wants to be born under the New Moon's influence, a tender exploration into our senses slowly leading to playfulness and warmth, a practice of offering to each other and receiving from each other while remaining deeply authentic to our hearts, and a heartfelt introduction into the world of warm water aquatic arts, eliciting elements of water therapy and contact water dance to create an immersive experience meant to help our nervous system approach states of deep relaxation and unfolding as those experienced by babies in the womb. ?

We will close the experience with a mindful dinner together and space for sharing and integration. ?

Following the example of nature, we will hold an intention for slowing down and silence, with guidance to keep whatever words are spoken meaningful and coming from the heart, and staying deeply in the body while we connect with the ground, each other, and the warm water.?

Facilitators: 

	Marios Petridis, born in Athens and raised in many parts of Greece, San Francisco, and Napoli, has a life journey that revolves around the pursuit of Truth and Connection. Beginning from the world of music composition as a means to unite people as a teen, astrophysics as a means to understand the realities of Life (and our human life?) in the Universe as a young adult, and storytelling as a means to bring people together for 20 years, and with a perpetual focus since a very young age on how to manage the complex energies of sexuality & eroticism so that they don’t sabotage one’s life, he eventually gravitated in devoting his life full-time to the study of the truths of the human heart and what it means to be in authentic connection.
 	Since 2016 he has been deeply inspired and remained a devoted student of Non-Violent Communication by Marshal Rosenberg, of Attachment Theory, of the art of Tantra, of Conscious Kink, of Conscious Cuddling, of a wide array of Yogic & Embodiment practices, and of numerous forms of Meditation including many of his own creation. Since 2021 he has also been a passionate student of Contact Improvisation and an explorer of the merits of neo-tantric practices to enhance human connection. Since 2023, he started combining his experience of Tantra with the Tao. In 2024, feeling a powerful calling from the ocean for a return to the roots of what it means to be alive, he walked away from life in the city, and spent the year in solitude in nature mostly inside the ocean that he loves since childhood, where he gave space for the process of his energetic awakening to take roots and heavily explored conscious blind movement in natural terrain, water dancing, meditative winter diving & swimming and the embodied exploration of the concept "Embrace with Nature".
	Inspired by how nature reminds us our connection to the Life within us and around us helping us to eliminate barriers and dive into our natural interconnectivity, he started creating workshops in nature focused on reminding us in an embodied way of this truth. On 2025, he began his training in aquatic therapies and, joined the Corfu Aquatics Lab gathering of the Flying Pool Project, the Corfu Land and Water Contact Festival and participated in numerous water dancing immersions to further support this vision, so that he could better integrate his offerings on land, water and the border between the two.
	His latest creations are the Conscious Relating Embrace Workshop, the Embodied Relationships Workshop, the Redefining Intimacy Workshop, the Land & Water Embrace Workshop and a series of Men’s Circles as Rituals of Brotherhood that allow him to combine the various modalities he is inspired by and familiar with to offer immersive awakening experiences that remind us of the value of the gift of Life and bring us together as a collective interdependent organism that, through harmony and conflict, light and shadow, can find its ways to prosper and thrive.

	Felix Metzger, born and raised in Germany, moved to Athens after his Master degree in Sociology and immersions in different fields of art and activism.
	In Greece he dove deeper into Improvisation Arts, especially Contact Improv and Improvisation Theatre. Since 2016 he has been following CI classes as well as 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance events, in July 2023 he attended the facilitator training course of the dance healing method Contact Beyond Contact in Athens, continuing the training in 2025 in Guatemala. 
	His newest passion is the world of Aquatics in which somatic approaches, dance and healing can be supported by the element of the water which he has always been loving and searching for. In May 2025, in Mexico, he attended a training of the water therapy method Aguahara and followed on this path joining the Aquatic Lab gathering of the Flying Pool Project in Corfu soon after. There he gained further inspiration and knowledge to be practising water therapy and water contact dance. 
	He co-founded the cooperative The Beehive Community in Athens in 2018. The mission of the cooperative is to offer courses and events in which the participants are able to explore their being in the world, raise self-awareness and connect deeply with others. Doing this by using Improvisation Arts, communication tools and bonding methods that facilitate a blissful experience and an opening to well-being leading to social change.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε την Κυριακή 22 Φεβρουαρίου σε μια ιδιαίτερη εμπειρία ζεστασιάς, σύνδεσης και απαλότητας που ξεκινά σε ένα όμορφο δρύινο πάτωμα χορού δίπλα στην παραλία της Βάρκιζας και ολοκληρώνεται μέσα στο θερμό ιαματικό νερό 36ºC του jacuzzi ακριβώς δίπλα, με την ενέργεια της Νέας Σελήνης του Φλεβάρη να μας τυλίγει . ??

Μένοντας πιστοί στο όραμα των Land & Water Embrace Workshops, θα συνεχίσουμε να εξερευνούμε πώς μπορούμε να προσεγγίσουμε μια κατάσταση ενότητας μεταξύ μας και με το περιβάλλον μας συν-δημιουργώντας τον τρόπο με την φύση και τα στοιχεία της σαν μέρος της παρέας μας. Αυτή τη φορά, η αμμουδιά δίνει τη θέση της στο λείο δρύινο πάτωμα, και το θαλασσινό νερό στο ζεστό νερό του jacuzzi. ♨️

Το ταξίδι μας θα περιλαμβάνει έναν κύκλο μοιράσματος με πρόσκληση για λόγια από την καρδιά γειωμένα στο σώμα για το άνοιγμα, χαλάρωση στο έδαφος και επαφή με την αναπνοή μας, μια τρυφερή εξερεύνηση των αισθήσεων που σταδιακά θα οδηγήσει σε κίνηση με προσκλήσεις για παιχίδι, ζεστασιά και συνειδητό άγγιγμα με απαλότητα και ελευθερία, μια πρακτική προσφοράς και λήψης από καρδιάς ενώ παραμένουμε με αυθεντικότητα στην αλλήθεια μας, και μια εισαγωγή στον κόσμο των aquatic therapies και του contact water dancing, σχεδιασμένη για να βοηθήσει το νευρικό μας σύστημα να βυθιστεί σε βαθιά χαλάρωση και άνοιγμα, όπως αυτό που βιώνουν τα μωρά μέσα στη μήτρα. ?

Θα ολοκληρώσουμε την εμπειρία με ένα ήσυχο δείπνο παρέας και παρουσίας και χώρο για μοίρασμα και ενσωμάτωση. ?

Ακολουθώντας το παράδειγμα της φύσης καθώς είμαστε στα μέσα του χειμώνα, θα κρατήσουμε την πρόθεση για επιβράδυνση και σιωπή, ακούγοντας το τι θέλει να γεννηθεί μέσα μας με αυτή τη Νέα Σελήνη, με καθοδήγηση ώστε ό,τι λέγεται να είναι ουσιαστικό και να προέρχεται από την καρδιά — παραμένοντας βαθιά μέσα στο σώμα καθώς συνδεόμαστε με τη γη, μεταξύ μας και το μαγικό βασίλειο του θερμού νερού. ?

      Γεννημένος στην Αθήνα και μεγαλωμένος σε διάφορα μέρη της Ελλάδας, του Σαν Φρανσίσκο και της Νάπολης, έχει μια πορεία ζωής που περιστρέφεται γύρω από την αναζήτηση της Αλήθειας και της Σύνδεσης. Ξεκινώντας από τη μουσική σύνθεση ως μέσο ένωσης των ανθρώπων στην εφηβεία του, την αστροφυσική ως μέσο κατανόησης της πραγματικότητας της Ζωής (και της ανθρώπινης ζωής!) στο Σύμπαν ως νεαρός ενήλικας, και το storytelling και την διοργάνωση παιχνιδιών ρόλων ως τρόπο καρδιακής σύνδεσης των ανθρώπων για πάνω από 20 χρόνια, και έχοντας πάντοτε ως κεντρικό άξονα από μικρή ηλικία τη διαχείριση των σύνθετων ενεργειών της σεξουαλικότητας και του ερωτισμού, ώστε να μην υπονομεύουν τη ζωή,τελικά αφιερώθηκε πλήρως στη μελέτη των αληθειών της ανθρώπινης καρδιάς και του τι σημαίνει να είμαστε σε αυθεντική σύνδεση.
      Από το 2016 υπήρξε αφοσιωμένος μαθητής της Μη Βίαιης Επικοινωνίας (Non-Violent Communication) του Marshal Rosenberg, του Attachment Theory, της πρακτικής της Tantra, του Conscious Kink, του Conscious Cuddling, ενός ευρέος φάσματος μορφών Yoga και πλήθους μορφών Διαλογισμού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και αρκετών δικής του δημιουργίας.
      Από το 2021 είναι παθιασμένος μαθητής του Contact Improvisation και ερευνητής του πώς εύκολα προσβάσιμες νεο-ταντρικές πρακτικές μπορούν να ενισχύσουν την ανθρώπινη σύνδεση. Από το 2023, άρχισε να συνδυάζει την εμπειρία του στην Tantra με τον Ταοϊσμό. Το 2024, νιώθοντας ένα ισχυρό κάλεσμα από την φύση για μια επιστροφή στις ρίζες του «τι σημαίνει να είσαι ζωντανός», άφησε πίσω τη ζωή στην πόλη και πέρασε τη χρονιά σε απομόνωση στη φύση, κυρίως μέσα στη θάλασσα που αγαπά από παιδί, δίνοντας χώρο στη διαδικασία της ενεργειακής του αφύπνισης και εμβαθύνοντας στην συνειδητή τυφλή κίνηση σε φυσικά τοπία, τον χορό στο νερό, την διαλογιστική κατάδυση & κολύμβηση σε κρύο νερό και την ενσώματη εξερεύνηση της έννοιας "Αγκαλιά με την Φύση".
      Εμπνευσμένος από το πώς η φύση μας θυμίζει τη σύνδεσή μας με τη Ζωή μέσα μας και γύρω μας, βοηθώντας μας να ξεπεράσουμε προκαταλήψεις, ταμπέλες και διαχωρισμούς και να βουτήξουμε στη φυσική μας αλληλοσυνδεσιμότητα, ξεκίνησε να δημιουργεί εργαστήρια στη φύση που μας υπενθυμίζουν, με ενσώματο τρόπο, αυτή την αλήθεια.
      Το 2025 ξεκίνησε την εκπαίδευσή του στα Water Therapies, συμμετείχε στο Corfu Aquatics Lab του Flying Pool Project, στο Corfu Land and Water Contact Festival, καθώς και σε πλήθος Water Dancing εμπειριών για να ενισχύσει αυτό το όραμα και να ενσωματώσει καλύτερα τα offerings του στη στεριά, στο νερό και στα όρια μεταξύ των δυο.
          Οι πιο πρόσφατες δημιουργίες του είναι το Conscious Relating Embrace Workshop, το Embodied Relationships Workshop, το εργαστήρι Redefining Intimacy, το Land & Water Embrace Workshop και μια σειρά από Κύκλους Ανδρών ως Τελετουργικά Αδελφοσύνης, που του επιτρέπουν να συνδυάζει τις διάφορες πηγές έμπνευσης και γνώσης του για να προσφέρει βιωματικές εμπειρίες αφύπνισης που μας θυμίζουν την αξία του δώρου της Ζωής και μας επανασυνδέουν ως ένα συλλογικό, αλληλεξαρτώμενο οργανισμό που μέσα από την αρμονία και τη σύγκρουση, το φως και τη σκιά, μπορεί να ευδοκιμήσει και να ανθίσει.

Felix Metzger:
      Γεννημένος και μεγαλωμένος στη Γερμανία, μετακόμισε στην Αθήνα μετά το Μεταπτυχιακό του στην Κοινωνιολογία και τις ενασχολήσεις του με διάφορους τομείς της τέχνης και του ακτιβισμού. Στην Ελλάδα εμβάθυνε στις Τέχνες του Αυτοσχεδιασμού, ειδικά στο Contact Improvisation και στο Αυτοσχεδιαστικό Θέατρο. Από το 2016 παρακολουθεί μαθήματα CI καθώς και εκδηλώσεις 5 Rhythms και Ecstatic Dance. Τον Ιούλιο του 2023 παρακολούθησε την εκπαίδευση συντονιστών της θεραπευτικής μεθόδου χορού Contact Beyond Contact στην Αθήνα, συνεχίζοντας την εκπαίδευση το 2025 στη Γουατεμάλα.
      Η πιο πρόσφατη αγάπη του είναι ο κόσμος των Aquatics, όπου οι σωματικές προσεγγίσεις, ο χορός και η θεραπεία υποστηρίζονται από το στοιχείο του νερού, το οποίο πάντα αγαπούσε και αναζητούσε. Τον Μάιο του 2025, στο Μεξικό, συμμετείχε στην εκπαίδευση της μεθόδου υδάτινης θεραπείας Aguahara, και συνέχισε αυτή την πορεία συμμετέχοντας στη συνάντηση Aquatic Lab του Flying Pool Project στην Κέρκυρα.
