Beginners meet in the Phoenix Café – 7.30pm – to register and change shoes so we can start promptly at 7.45pm.
Salon Tango – 8pm to change shoes and wait in the Phoenix Café so we can start the class promptly at 8.15pm, payment will be taken between Salon & Nuevo classes.
Nuevo Tango - 9.15pm
£5 per class Beginners/Core/Nuevo, £2.50 for Back to Basics (existing students) (Students 50% discount)
All abilities and ages welcome, with or without partner. If you wish to stay with your partner during the class please let us know at the start, otherwise we change partners.
BEGINNERS & BACK TO BASICS – 7.45pm/8.15pm
Taking your first steps in tango, or brushing up on your basics this is the class for you. New beginners are welcome to stay on and practice, join in or watch the following Core Tango class. Wear clothing that allows you to move freely and shoes that allow you to swivel/pivot comfortably.
SALON TANGO - 8.15pm/9.15pm
Our Salon Tango class runs on a termly cycle designed to teach you the core elements of Argentine Tango (Social Salon style for traditional milongas). Suitable for all levels.
NUEVO TANGO - 9.15pm/10.15pm - Intermediates
Our Nuevo class is suitable to all who have completed our Salon tango cycle or have significant experience elsewhere.
