Join me for a class of flowing movements, calm breathing, and mindful relaxation. Shibashi is a simple yet powerful form of Tai Chi Qigong that helps release tension and pain, ease stress, and restore balance to both body and mind.

No special equipment required - wear comfortable clothes you can move in and suitable footwear (as flat and wide as possible) or barefoot if you prefer.

Chairs are available for Seated TaiChi Qigong if required
