Come join us for a fun-filled week of Yoga Summer Camp!
With an equal balance of play and rest, kids will learn how to slow down, breathe, and feel joyful! The children will gain a better awareness of their bodies and minds through yoga poses which focus on balance, strength and acceptance and mindfulness activities that teach self-awareness.
They will also make great friends and have fun creating and expressing though daily arts and crafts, playful imagination, songs and yoga games! Kids will experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a positive and non-competitive atmosphere.

~ Expression through arts & crafts Stories and songs Partner yoga poses
What we will learn:
~ Yoga poses (asanas)
~ Simple, yet affective mindfulness/breathing techniques Relaxation and guided visualizations.
~ How to slow down and find calmness within!
~ Connection, self-discovery, acceptance, trust Identification of emotions/regulation
~ Healthy food and lifestyle choices l…. and so much more along the way!
No previous yoga experience is necessary!
Dates: Monday, July 8th to Friday, July 12th
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm each day
Ages: 4- 8 year old boys and girls
Note: For children ages 6 – 10, a separate camp is being run July 22nd to July 26th
What to bring:
~ Yoga mat (if you have one! We will have extras also).
~ Water bottle and healthy snack.
Cost: $160.00 for the week, per camper. Registration deadline is June 24th, 2019.
Maximum 15 participants, so register early!
Note: Keep your payment receipt as a income tax receipt for children's activities.
