Each are part of the human experience. Our relationship with them dictates how we relate to others, how we interact, our communication, how we feel about ourselves, how we experience and share love. It forms the foundation of who we think we are and what we feel we are worth.
There is big Medicine here, and we’re going to go find it!
Each week we will explore one of the 4 Core Wounds. Giving us the opportunity to understand from a new perspective how the wound has functioned up until now.
~ Week 1: Abandonment - Transform Fear into Emotional Self Reliance
~ Week 2: Rejection - Release Pain and Embrace Self Acceptance and Expression
~ Week 3: Betrayal - Transforming Hurt into Empowerment
~ Week 4: Self Worth - Re-establish your intrinsic sense of Worth and Value
In our two hours together we will nurture the physical body through an all levels Gentle Yoga practice, incorporating both Yang and Yin postures. While Plant Medicine, in the form of a different natural Essential Oil for each yoga posture, will be diffused into the room aiding in unwinding the senses and the mental emotional bodies.
In the second part of our experience together we will Journey, similar to a Guided Meditation, to explore, understand, and change our current experience of the Core Wound. Collecting it’s Medicines, our lost parts, and understanding it’s healed intent, returning to wholeness.
