Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing & Reiki

Join Madison Biondo and Steve Lacey in this 2-hour immersion that combines Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and therapeutic Sound Healing to support the nervous system and create deep relaxation.

After opening with a centering meditation and breathwork, Madison will guide you through a series of supported postures designed to release tension and shift the body into rest. While you settle in, she will offer individualized Reiki to promote energetic balance.

To complete the experience, Steve will guide you through a Sound Healing journey, surrounding you in soothing vibrations that promote profound relaxation and inner harmony. You will also experience the vibrational energy of sound healing with the added bonus of receiving the bowl to rest on your body during restorative postures.

Space is limited to ensure personal attention and a serene environment—so that everyone leaves feeling balanced, cared for, and deeply restored.
