Pilates for Back Care

This class is designed to ease general back pain/conditions, using a variety of Pilates exercises to mobilise and strengthen the core muscles. All the exercises start off with a small range of movement, increasing gently with the client in mind. This class will give you the confidence to move more freely in your everyday life. We also do knee friendly work too.

This class is Face to Face, with an online, live feed option via Zoom. There is an On-Demand portal option available after the live class.

Equipment must be purchased prior to class.

Classes are paid for up front in courses.
The new course of 12 weeks, is £120, or for the first half term £77 for 7 week course and after half term £55 for 5 week course.
