Green Leaf Society is a collaborative musical ensemble. The band was originally formed for a German tour in 2017 and has since grown into an outlet for many different musical adventures. This particular arrangement will feature founding member Derek Kretzer of The Plate Scrapers. It will also include the bassist of The Plate Scrapers Kevin Johnson and longtime musical comrades and Irish specialists Ben Denny and Will Spaulding of The Woodshedders.
This will be a full Irish show celebrating St. Patrick's day and the deep musical tradition of Ireland. You can expect to hear your favorite Irish pub sing alongs, songs by famous Irish bands such as the Pougues, The Dubliners Planxty and more. This will surely be a fun night of music not to be missed.
