This hands-on class will teach simple yet effective techniques including: essential foot zone therapy signals for pain, immunity, balance and more; techniques tailored for emergencies; hands-on demonstration and instruction; and basic essential oil training. Symptoms that will be addressed to treat through foot zoning will include: menstrual cramping, sinus infections, sore throat, back and neck pain, jaw tension, infant and toddler teething pain, toxins in the brain, digestive issues, lung problems, and sciatica. In addition to this life-changing modality and knowledge, you will receive a manual, towel, an essential oil, and salve all of which will get you started on your foot zoning journey.

Amanda Kae Gillen is the heart behind Pixie Feet Wellness and a certified Foot Zone practitioner since 2020. As an instructor with We Do Feet Seminars, she brings depth, intuition, and experience to her teaching and practice. Amanda Kae beautifully blends multiple healing modalities—infusing energy work, spiritual insight, and mystical elements—into each session, creating a one-of-a-kind experience rooted in the foundation of Foot Zoning.
