- The boat will leave the dock at 12:30 with or without you.  Please plan on arriving 30 min prior to departure to load the boat.

- Unless otherwise noted the receipt of your order is confirmation of your seat on the trip.  A reminder email may or may not be sent out so please add it to your calendar after purchase.  

- Purchase of a charter confirms that you hold an advanced certification and have diving experience at depths ranging from 30-90 fsw 

- Dive buddies will be self assigned on the boat unless otherwise specified.  An officer may not be guaranteed aboard the vessel unless prior arrangements are made.  

- Rebreathers are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the captain of the vessel.

- The boat acts a taxi and you are responsible for all necessary scuba equipment.  Space is limited and please pack accordingly.

- The industry standard for tipping is $10/ dive unless the crew goes above and beyond for you
