- **Event Description**: We have our annual AGM and BBQ on the evening of Thursday 15th May at the Farmers' Club Gloucester, Sandhurst Rd GL2 9RG (plenty of parking but car share if you can). 

I really hope that it will be an evening of celebration and friendship. The BBQ (free) will be served between 6.00pm and 7.00pm and there is a free bar. 

The agenda for the meeting is set by rules with the most significant aspects being the agreement on officer roles and committee membership and honoraria payments. 

We have two speakers coming: one to share news about the 'Care for Calais' charity and the other from the local charity Gloucestershire Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers. I would like to set up a group of interested members who can work alongside the charity and having spoken to them they have valuable resources that they can share with schools.
