Those unique creatures that make up some of the cultural foods of tidewater regions have a story to tell! Join us for this month's After Hours Lecture, where Dr. Jessica Small will join us to learn all about oyster aquaculture methods, breeding and the role of the Batten School & VIMS in the Chesapeake Bay oyster resurgence! Doors open for visitors at 6:30PM with light refreshments available before the lecture. The lecture will begin at 7 PM in the McHugh Auditorium. Registration is required. The content of this lecture is designed for adult audiences. We are excited to offer this lecture in person in McHugh Auditorium on VIMS' Gloucester Point Campus! This lecture will also be available as a live-streamed webinar.
