Escape the digital noise and join us for an immersive, sensory sanctuary designed to ground your body and ignite your creative spark. This is more than a workshop; it’s a seamless journey of self-care, weaving together the wisdom of movement with the tactile beauty of the natural world.

We begin by softening the edges of the day. Through a gentle guided meditation and body scan, you’ll arrive fully in the space. To deepen the experience, we’ll introduce curated plant-oils to awaken your olfactory system and soothe the nervous system.

Move with intention in an inclusive yoga session led by Jen. This practice is lovingly designed for every body, regardless of experience or physical limitations. We focus on mindful transitions and the rhythmic flow of breath. With the support of blocks and bolsters, you are encouraged to honor your unique body.

Unleash your inner artist using tools gifted by the earth. Led by Lauren and Tess, this hands-on session invites you to explore texture and form. You’ll work with handmade paintbrushes crafted from organic materials and natural sketching equipment, allowing nature to be both your medium and your inspiration.

Pause and reflect over soul-warming refreshments including Artisan Herbal Teas, wholesome home-made Bakes and a fresh seasonal fruit platter.
