The Current Within, located at The Sanctuary in Glenwood, and Earthy Elements are coming together for a special collaborative class centered around the heart, love, and healing. In honor of Women’s Heart Day on (Friday the 6th), we’re continuing the heart-focused energy on Saturday the 7th for a one-of-a-kind Heart Healing Experience!
Ashley with Earthy Elements will guide you through heart-centered Chakra teachings, color therapy, and a hands-on make-and-take bracelet! All supplies will be included, and we will be assembling the bracelet using heart-shaped beads made of real genuine gemstones! An art therapy–inspired session designed to support heart healing and self-love.
Following the creative portion, you will settle into your space, bathed in candlelight, and Emily and Brandee with The Current Within will lead you into a heart-centered sound immersion using crystal quartz bowls, tuning forks, and Himalayan bowls. The session is designed to soothe the nervous system, lower stress, and foster an environment for emotional replenishment and healing.
