Toowoomba, Get Ready! Meatstock will be returning bigger and better than ever! The ultimate weekend of BBQ, Bands and Bedlam will take place on Friday, April 10th, and Saturday, April 11th, 2026, promising an epic sensory overload of world-class barbecue and a star-studded country music line-up.
The Jack Daniel’s live stage will feature an unmissable lineup of international country superstars alongside some of Australia’s finest music talent. Friday kicks off with performances by Bryan Martin (USA) together with The Wolfe Brothers, Max Jackson, Rachael Fahim and Briana Dinsdale. Saturday features Morgan Evans, Chase Matthew (USA), Austin Williams (USA), Lane Pittman, Hayley Jensen, Denvah and Abbie Ferris.

Heat Beads BBQ Wars: National and international teams will battle it out in the BBQ pit yard, vying for the title of best in their specific protein category.
Australian Butcher Wars: The razor-sharp skills of the nation’s top butchers will be on display in a fast-paced, meat-filled showdown.
PBR Bull Riding: Get ready for the toughest 8 seconds in sport! The high-adrenaline, nail-biting, edge-of-your-seat action of the Professional Bull Riders adds a dynamic element to the festival.
Action-Packed Entertainment: You don't want to miss the infamous Better Beer Dad Bod Contest, the Beard and Mo Wars, Arm Battles, and of course, the crowd-favourite Sausage Sizzle Throwdown.
Guests can also check out the extensive BBQ Expo to find everything they need for their at-home set-up, or for the most daring, get inked at the on-site tattoo station.
