The card magic of Shimpei Katsuragawa can be summarized in one word: Artistry.

Drawing on his roots as a classical violinist, Shimpei blends the worlds of magic and music seamlessly into his card creations. In recent years, he has begun collaborating with a string ensemble to create highly original magical performances bursting with elegance, style and technical brilliance.

Shimpei's unique brand of magic has seen him travel to countless destinations including Spain, Italy, France, America and China. One of his trips across Spain was featured in an NHK documentary, which Shimpei himself hosted. This may be your only chance ever to see this incredible performer.
