Our team is excited to announce that we will once again be hosting The Ball Drop—our special neuter event for MALE CATS ONLY!

? Important Reminder:
If your cat is discovered to be female on the day of the event, you will be required to pay the full package price ($90) and may need to be rescheduled.

We kindly ask that you read this full post before scheduling. Our staff are volunteering their time for this event, and your patience throughout the preparation and event day is deeply appreciated. ❤️

❌ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because this is a discounted promotional event, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If you cancel or do not attend your appointment, your payment will be repurposed as a donation to Fix’N Wag’N Inc. Donation receipts are available upon request.

? SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

When scheduling online:
Select the correct date for The Ball Drop.
Fill out your information and your cat’s information.

Upload prior records during registration, or email them to contact@fixnwagn.com after completing sign-up.

⭐IMPORTANT:
On the final screen, under Packages, you MUST select “The Ball Drop 2025” to receive the $26 pricing. Not selecting this package will result in the full $90 charge.

You may also add optional services at this time (microchip, FeLV/FIV testing, FeLV vaccine, additional pain meds, etc.). Adding these during registration helps speed up check-in.

After you submit the appointment, it will be pending until staff approves it. Approvals are completed Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for approval.

Once approved, you’ll receive:
✔ Your consent form
✔ A generic confirmation email
