Here are details of our annual TKA Scottish Open.
Due to the demand over the last few years, we now need to move to a much larger venue.
This year our championships will be on Saturday the 29th of November.
Our new venue is the Michael Woods Sport & Leisure Centre in Glenrothes. Viewfield, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 2RD.
With plenty free parking, at the venue
I've attached a screen shot of a couple of hotels,Premier Inn, Travel Lodge, Holiday Inn, all within 2 miles of the sports centre.
The prices shown are for this weekend, Bank holiday, and will be much cheaper in November.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued support & encouragement that you've shown and given us over the years, its because of you that were making the leap to a much bigger venue.
When I look back to when we first started up on our own 10yrs ago, we were only running 2 or 3 Tatami.
We will now be able to run up to 8 Tatami
Obviously there are a couple of major championships before our own, so we would like to send our Good luck wishes to all those competing at this years WUKF Scottish (May), Worlds (July) & European (Oct) championship, it'll be great to have some of these Champions competing at our TKA Scottish Open championships.
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to our new venue.
