Louise an experienced Reiki Practitioner/Reiki Master Teacher, will take you through a day packed with a range of different practices to completely de-stress, release and experience and enhance your Reiki Practice, either purely for your own self-healing, or for giving Reiki treatments to others. The greatest challenge for us all is to really take time to really stay connected to and really use Reiki to enhance both our own life the lives of others. This is going to be a day packed with a range of techniques to help all of us to do this. I will also be offering the chance to receive another Reiki attunement. Usui regularly offered his student attunements, which he called empowerments. Receiving attunements helps is to release stagnant energy and it boosts our energy and to enable you to be that clear channel for Reiki to flow. This event is going to be a small group of 8 people max to really allow me to give each person enough attention. There will be an opportunity for everyone to practice giving a Reiki Treatment at the end of the day, or just observe if you wish. This will be completely OPTIONAL and if you perhaps haven't given a Reiki treatment in a while, and dont feel quite ready to have a practice at giving a Reiki Treatment, you can just observe. I can also talk you through how to give someone a Reiki treatment, and how to give yourself a Reiki Treatment. *** It is also really important for anyone who feels that there energy is not in balance either physically or mentally, to refrain from giving anyone treatment. in this instance I would ask that you just enjoy the rest of the days energy practices to really relax and work on your own healing. *** Energy Exchange for the day £45 - £10 Non-Refundable Deposit is Required to book your place.
