I hope you’re all doing well ?

? Our next session takes place on Monday 22 June 

We will be in our new venue, St Columba’s Church (opposite the CISWO). 
We need to be cleared up and ready to leave the church at 9pm, if we can start around 6.45pm that would be great. 

What’s planned for the evening?
✨ A warm welcome for anyone new
✨ Tables of freebies, items for sale, and our book club
✨Elizabeth our quiz master will be keeping us on our toes - thank you! 
✨Fiona from Later Life Choices is our guest speaker 
✨ We finish the evening with our wee game of bingo

The session is free to attend, with a donation box available on the tea table. All donations go straight back into supporting the group.

☕ Please bring your own mug for your cuppa.

?The bra box will be out for any donations. Bra’s can be in any condition. 

?The Foodbank has put an SOS out for soup. If you have a spare tin in your cupboard and are able to donate it please bring it along on Monday. 

I’m looking for someone to finish our website. I’m about half way through but struggling to get it done as I’ve just no time. Getting the website finished will allow me to provide more information and support so keen to get it done ASAP. If anyone knows of any students looking for a college/Uni project it would be perfect for them. Happy to pay them pennies. 

If anyone would like a wee bit of extra support or a quieter blether before our main session, please just give me a shout ?

If you’ve been thinking about coming along but feeling a bit nervous (totally understandable!), you’ll be made very welcome. You can join in as much or as little as you like — even just sitting with a cuppa and listening is absolutely fine. And if it helps, we’re always happy to meet you at the door.

Some of our ladies aren’t on social media, so please feel free to share this post with anyone who might benefit from a friendly, relaxed space like this ?

For seating, if you’re coming along it would be lovely if you could pop a message in the chat or click “going” on the event. And if you’re still thinking about it, there’s absolutely no pressure at all — we’ll be here whenever you feel ready.

The hall will be open from 6.20pm for a 6.45pm start ☕️
