Red Connect Tasmania is a free, community-focused afternoon bringing together stories, music and practical ideas about connection, purpose and community action in Tasmania.
Across the afternoon, you’ll hear from Tasmanian community organisations with real, on-the-ground impact, alongside a powerful feature conversation with Mitch McPherson, founder of SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY.
Through honest storytelling and shared experience, the event explores how small ideas can turn into meaningful action, and how everyday people play a role in building strong, connected communities.
The program also features live performance by the Choir of High Hopes, a panel discussion with local community organisations, and an interactive workshop designed to help you reflect, connect and take small, realistic steps into action.
This event is for Red Cross volunteers, members and supporters who cares about connection, wellbeing and community resilience. Come along, listen, share, and be part of the conversation.
