Moonah Music is a free, live music event for all ages! It's held every month on a Saturday afternoon at Moonah Arts Centre.
Spend the afternoon listening to a line-up of local musicians, enjoy a drink from the bar and food from a rotating roster of local vendors.

Caliente y sabroso! Vibración is Nipaluna/Hobart’s hottest and tastiest Latin outfit!
Paying tribute to the greats of Latin jazz, six brilliant musicians come together to thrill audiences with the irresistible rhythms of South and Central America.
Vibración are guaranteed to make you want to take a spin around the floor, giving you salsa, mambo and cha cha cha with their rich combination of keys, bass, drums, vibraphone and percussion.
Having recently become a band in 2024, Vibración have already packed dance floors at Clarence Jazz Festival, Rektango, Hot August Jazz and more.
Vesper:
A vibrant, fresh quartet based in Nipaluna/ Hobart, Vesper brings you their take on classic jazz.
Featuring musicians Kade Renshaw, Sacha Smith, Claire Thurley and Natalie Alexander, Vesper draw inspiration from Ella Fitzgerald and Billy Holiday, to deliver a set of rich vocals, melodic bass and dynamic rhythms.
Food by TACO TACO:
A much-loved mainstay of the Nipaluna/Hobart food truck scene, Taco Taco’s ethos is simple, great food, made from scratch, packed with flavour and using locally sourced produce.
