Join us for a morning of free 30-minute taster classes, designed to give you a feel for our training style, our coaches, and our supportive community! No pressure, no expectations, just movement and good energy.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after a break, or simply looking for something that feels a little more you, this is your chance to try before you commit.

30 Minute Build, Barre and Boxing FREE taster classes all morning on Saturday 28th of February.

All you will require is a drink bottle, sweat towel, enclosed footwear and your fine self. Invite your friends along to join you and try out some classes with us!

This event is FREE but we do have limited spaces so bookings are essential.
