- **Event Description**: Three of Hobart City Band's ensembles will celebrate the end of the year with an exciting concert at the Moonah Arts Centre on November 25th!

Come and see the Hobart Youth Winds, Junior Brass Band, and Brass Band ensembles as they come together for a delightful evening of band music! Each group will perform their own program before combining to perform Oregon by Jacob de Haan, a staple of band repertoire.

The Youth Winds will present some fantastic arrangements of classic eighties and nineties pop songs, and Junior Brass will get us into the Christmas season with some popular carols, as well as some well known classics from Sousa and Tchaikovsky, and the Brass Band will take us on a journey through the movies over the years. The Brass Bands' performance will also feature Lachlan Monk on trombone, performing Bill Geldard's arrangement of Londonderry Air.

This concert will feature some of the best our younger ensembles have to offer and will certainly be worth seeing!

Tickets:
$20 Family (two adults, two children), $10 adults, $5 children.

Please be aware the Hobart City Band does not sell tickets online, and there will be door sales only. Card will be available.
