Educators must receive safeguarding training as set out in the EYFS safeguarding and Welfare Requirements, annex C.The training takes a step-by-step approach to ensuring EYFS requirements are met so that educators are confident and skilled in knowing how to recognise, respond, record and refer safeguarding concerns. Learners will explore the factors, situations and actions that could lead or contribute to abuse harm and neglect.
