Winter Wellness Yoga Series

Hey everybody, I’m so excited to announce this series—as the days grow longer, the roots grow stronger, and we begin to retreat inward.

I’m inviting you to meet me on the mat for this four-part series where we’ll explore an intentional blend of movement, breath, and deep rest. Each week I will offer a unique theme aligned with the energy of the present season—from grounding in gratitude to deep nourishment and quiet reflection during the Solstice.

Through candlelit yoga, we’ll create space to tune into the body’s wisdom, soothe the nervous system, and honor the shift into winter with presence. These sessions are designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move into the darker months with a greater sense of rhythm and inner awareness.

Come to one or come to all—you’ll leave feeling supported, steady, and more connected to yourself.
