This hands-on workshop explores the fundamentals of partial suspension and upline management. You'll learn safe rigging, load distribution, and how to create dynamic scenes with lift, tension, and grounded connection. Ideal for intermediate tying pairs ready to elevate their rope play—literally.

• Introduce and demystify the fundamentals of partial suspension
• Build skill and confidence around uplines and load-bearing management
• Center safety, anatomy, and intentional communication
• Offer multiple partial forms and tie combinations to practice with real-time support
• Explore the predicament-based tension and expressive dynamics unique to partials

• Rope kit with at least 4–6 ropes (suspension-worthy)
• 2–3 rated carabiners or hardware
• Safety shears (required)
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Your tying partner (required)
• Notebook & pen for reference
