Restorative Sound Bath

**Please arrive on time (you will NOT be allowed entry after start time)***

• Call if you are lost, I will instruct you on where to park & meet you downstairs.

• SUGGESTED: Bring your own yoga mat & water, if you don't have one it's totally fine.
• If you have any medical concerns, please advise the instructor prior to start of event.

Duration: ~60 minutes


Agenda


Arrival & Settling In (10 min)

Guests arrive, choose a comfortable spot, and settle in with mats, blankets, and props. Soft ambient music and gentle lighting help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.


Opening Grounding & Intention (5 min)

A brief guided breathing exercise and intention-setting to help participants arrive fully in their bodies and release the day.


Restorative Sound Bath Journey (40 min)

A deeply immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and other healing instruments to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness.


Integration & Silent Rest (10 min)

Quiet time to rest, integrate, and allow the effects of the sound to settle naturally.


Closing & Gentle Return (10 min)

Soft guidance to return awareness to the body, optional sharing, and closing words of gratitude.
