I've collaborated with an incredibly gifted Sound Healer, Sara Pepoyan, to create Healing the Whole Self: Integrating & Restoring with an Energetic Component — a four-week, small-group experiential healing program launching this June in the Glendale/Montrose area.

Each week, we pair one evidence-based trauma modality with a live sound bath and guided meditation experience:

• Week 1 — Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT) + Sound Bath & Future Self Embodiment
• Week 2 — EMDR 2.0 + Sound Bath & Nervous System Reset
• Week 3 — Brainspotting + Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra
• Week 4 — Havening Techniques + Sound Bath & Heart-Centered Meditation

 We're using Tibetan sound bowls as the bilateral stimulation. It's a beautiful, deeply felt experience.

The group is intentionally small — limited to 10 participants — to hold the intimacy and depth this kind of work deserves. It's open to anyone curious about experiencing these trauma healing modalities, whether or not they've had prior therapy experience.
