Gather with friendly nature-loving people and hike about 3 miles roundtrip with incline at moderate intensity to bird's eye views of Los Angeles.  We'll begin with a grounding mindfulness practice to set the tone for deep listening to the human and nonhuman nature around us.  We'll pause intermittently to playfully explore ways to connect consciously with Mama Earth and her beings, through shinrin-yoku (or forest-bathing) invitations.  We'll meditate at the hilltop with an optional walk through the rock labyrinth and sharing vocal vibrations with the trees and earth beings around us.

Mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork and forest-bathing are guided by Michelle Chua, LA-based yoga retreats facilitator, Reiki practitioner, sound healing facilitator and nature-lover, who received her forest-bathing training in Yakushima, Japan.

Bring a portable instrument and journal, if you'd like, as well as a healthy snack and drinking water for a restful pause at the top.  Energy exchange for this guided experience is by donation; Any cash amount you'd like to contribute to support ongoing community wellness curated offerings is greatly appreciated.
