Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy**
At The LOLA, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to accommodate our guests as best as possible while ensuring a smooth and magical Polar Express experience for all.
Refunds (7+ Days Before Event)
Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your booking confirmation link.
Refunds (Within 7 Days of Event)
Refund requests made within 7 days of the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
While we cannot guarantee approval, we will always do our best to support our guests in special circumstances.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend your original date, you may transfer your tickets to a different event date (pending availability).
Requests to transfer should be made as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not attend their scheduled date and do not request a transfer or review in advance are not eligible for refund or credit.
