All levels are welcome to participate.Plenty of free street parking or free parking next door at MGM building parking lotMorning Yoga practice includes 40 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance.
