Race Morning Check-in/Packet Pickup: 4 people - 6AM (Lasalle Spring Middle School)
Race Setup - 6AM (Lasalle Spring Middle School)
Aid station help 3 aid stations.


- Aid 1 - Bluff View (top parking lot off 109) Marathon Runners ONLY
SET UP - 7:00AM - 10AMish **This is a minimal aid station**

- Aid 2 - Zombie Road (Trail crossing for Rock Hollow) Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Runners
SET UP - 7:45 AM - 1 PM-ish

- Aid 3 - Sherman Beach Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Runners
SET UP - 8:00AM - 2PMish **This is a full support aid station as runners will be at this aid station both in bound and out bound**

- All aid station captains need to pick up supplies from Lasalle Middle School prior to setting up the aid stations.

- All 3 aid stations can be broken down once the last runner is though that aid station.

- All aid station supplies need to be returned to Lasalle Middle school once done.

COURSE SWEEP - MTB or on Foot preferably on Sat or Sun or following week morning/afternoon.
