Join us for a special sound immersion at Wildwood Yoga. Alex Ballew will be filling the room with deep tones from gongs, vibrations from singing bowls, didgeridoos, rain sticks, bells, drums and more. Drift into the stillness below the mind and access the parasympathetic nervous system state for a chance to let go, rejuvenate, feel grounded and become deeply relaxed. Participants have an opportunity for meditation, emotional revelation, time to connect with themselves and ultimately tap into their innate ability for self healing.

You'll be laying on the floor, so come prepared with cozy props like a yoga mat, a blanket or two, a pillow, etc. An eye mask and bolster are great additions. Your body may become cool as you lay still, so socks are recommended to keep your feet warm. The more comfortable you are, the deeper you'll go. You want to feel like you’re laying on a cloud.

Alex Ballew is on a mission to use vibrational sound therapy to help people find connection with themselves and others. He wants to bring joy, authenticity, unity and hope into everything he does. Secret River Sounds is spreading healing vibrations in the name of wellness, empowerment and love. Alex founded Secret River Sounds in 2020. He is a certified in gong therapy through Mehtab Benton and has sound healing certifications through the Vibrational Sound Association as well as the Musical Mystics Sound Healing Academy. Alex is a sound bath facilitator, as well as as well as USA tour manager for Tone of Life and booking agent with Reciprocity Music. www.secretriversounds.com
