Together, we will settle into deep rest through Yoga Nidra, allowing the body and mind to soften and recalibrate. Through journaling and oracle messages, you’ll be invited to gently listen inward and reconnect with the quiet wisdom already within you.

The experience will conclude with a soothing sound healing to help integrate the evening and leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and aligned for the season ahead.

This Sacred Pause is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and honor the unfolding of your path with intention and trust.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of deep rest and rejuvenation through guided meditation. It is a simple, pose-free practice that supports nervous system regulation, relaxation, and recovery from the stressors of everyday life.
