Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of deep rest and rejuvenation through a guided meditation. It's an easy pose-free way to to slow down and recover from the stressors in life.

Lisa and Regina came together to create the Guiding Lights Studio, a serene and welcoming space designed for people seeking relaxation and personal renewal. It's a haven where guests are encouraged to reconnect with themselves, reveal their true nature, and experience deep rest and rejuvenation. The studio fosters healing and lightness, providing a safe environment to release burdens and let go.
