- **Event Description**: We are starting off 2026’s year of rides right with the help of the Glen Ellyn Girl Scouts! If you or your child are a scout of any kind, you are encouraged to show your pride by wearing your vest/sash/uniform! 

Everyone is welcome to attend for this fun, 4-mile slow roll in Glen Ellyn’s quiet residential neighborhoods starting and ending Abe Lincoln Elementary. Meet in front of the school at 6pm - all riders encouraged to wear helmets. Parents please supervise your kiddos. 

We’ll end the ride with free Girl Scout Cookies for everyone! 

This ride fulfills the requirements for the “Family Bike Ride” Girl Scout fun patch.

It is recommended that riders be able to confidently ride a two-wheeler bicycle for this ride as training wheels make it challenging to keep up. Child bikes seats and trailers, adaptive bikes, electric bicycles and cargo bikes of all kinds are welcome 😊
