We’re kicking off the fall with a FREE Open Mat practice for all athletes ages 6–14!

📅 Date: Thursday, September 18
⏰ Time: 6:00–7:30 PM
📍 Location: The Dungeon (Glenbard West High School varsity wrestling room) – enter through Door 3 of the Biester Fieldhouse on Cresent Blvd.

✅ Try wrestling for the first time
✅ Warm up and sharpen skills before camp
✅ Fun, no-pressure, high-energy practice for all levels
