This session changes that.WHAT WE COVERHow to read an IEP section by section and spot what is missing. Writing goals that are measurable, so progress is not a guess. Related services: speech, OT, PT, counseling, and how to request them. Section 504 plans, when they fit better, and how to get one. What to do when you disagree, including your options in writing. Your rights under IDEA, stated plainly.WHO THIS IS FORParents, grandparents, caregivers, and self-advocates. Built equally for families and for the young people themselves. No experience and no legal background required.WHAT YOU TAKE HOMEEvery family and every self-advocate leaves with a personalized Pathways Advocacy Binder. Bring your current IEP, evaluations, or medical records if you have them and we will help you organize them into it.
